Warranty, Returns & Shipping Policy

At Destrone, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality drones and services to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Below is our comprehensive policy for warranties, returns, and shipping.


Warranty & Warranty Duration

All new products purchased from Destrone come with a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Damages incurred during transit.

Exclusions:

  • Accessories and components of the primary product are not covered under the warranty.

Return Policy

If you receive a defective product, you can request a return within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return:

  1. Complete the Product Return Form (link will be provided).
  2. Submit proof of the issue, such as a video showing the unboxing and initial use.

Process:

  • Our support and technical team will verify the issue and attempt to resolve it.
  • If unresolved, the product will be approved for return or refund.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition if claimed as "not defective."
  • If claimed defective, the product must not be activated by the customer to remain eligible for a return.
  • Accessories and components of the primary product are non-returnable.

Pickup Service:
Destrone will arrange for the faulty product's pickup and return to our service center.


Shipping Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order placement.
  • During public holidays, dispatch may be delayed to accommodate scheduling.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For defective products, a full refund or exchange will be provided.
  • If you change your mind, cancellations made within 12 hours of placing the order are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made after 12 hours will incur a 5% cancellation fee.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Destrone covers all shipping costs for returns of faulty products. Customers are not responsible for return shipping charges.
