Rental Agreement

By renting a product, the customer enters into a rental agreement with Destrone Solutions. This agreement grants the customer the right to use the product for the specified rental period upon payment. Ownership of the product remains with Destrone Solutions, and the rented item must be returned in the same condition as it was provided.

Rental Period

The rental period is determined by the duration selected by the customer when placing the order. The return date is specified in the proforma invoice. The product must be returned in its original condition by this date.

• Early Returns: No refund will be provided for early returns.
• Extensions: Extensions are subject to product availability and the discretion of Destrone Solutions.

Payment Policy

The total payment includes the rental fee, a refundable security deposit (if applicable), and any delivery/pick-up charges. Payment can be made online while placing the order or upon delivery via a payment link.

Damage Policy

Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented product, regardless of the cause.

• What Constitutes Damage? Any permanent alteration to the product’s appearance, functionality loss, or significant wear beyond normal usage is considered damage.
• Damage Charges:
• Repairable Damage: Customers will be charged for actual repair costs, including replacement components.
• Irreparable Damage: Customers must pay 70–90% of the product’s current retail value based on its age. Once charges are paid, the product remains with the customer.
• Loss or Theft: Customers must pay 70–90% of the product’s current retail value based on its age.

Security Deposit Refund

Security deposits will be refunded within two days after the product has been returned and inspected to ensure it is in its original condition.

Late Returns

Customers must inform Destrone Solutions at least 48 hours before the scheduled return date if a late return is required. Failure to do so will result in a charge of double the standard rental rate for the additional time.
